Collaboration & Production Workflow

  • Work closely with instructional design, editorial, subject matter experts, and product development staff to support high-quality learning products.
  • Provide creative expertise and recommendations on layout, graphics, and visual storytelling techniques.
  • Organize and maintain design files, asset libraries, and version control processes to support efficient workflows.

Tools & Technical Skills

  • Create digital assets using Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), PowerPoint, and related design platforms.
  • Develop graphics optimized for use in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or similar.
  • Ensure all visual designs meet accessibility guidelines, including color contrast standards and alternative text considerations.
We’re Looking for Someone with:

  • Portfolio demonstrating multi‑modality learning design work.
  • Strong understanding of storytelling through visual hierarchy, typography, layout, color theory, and branding.
  • Experience with instructional design team collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a professional environment.
