The listing

We're looking for a technically skilled marketing professional who can turn marketing goals into effective digital experiences and measurable results.

This person should be comfortable working across website development, UX/UI, SEO, digital content, and creative production. We're looking for someone who takes initiative, solves problems, and cares about how their work performs, not just how it looks.

You should be a builder who can identify opportunities, develop solutions, and execute them independently. You're comfortable learning new technologies, using AI tools, and combining different skills to get high-quality work done efficiently.

A key part of this role is owning the technical and strategic execution of SEO. You'll identify search opportunities, develop content strategies and detailed briefs for our copywriters, maintain website SEO, and use analytics to understand what's working and what needs improvement.

You won't be expected to write every piece of content yourself. You'll provide the research, direction, and SEO guidance that help our content team produce stronger work.

Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Research: Research keywords, search intent, competitors, and content opportunities. Develop recommendations to improve organic search visibility and attract qualified traffic.

Content Strategy & Briefs: Build SEO-focused content plans and detailed briefs for copywriters, including target keywords, search intent, recommended structure, headings, internal links, and content requirements. Review completed content for SEO alignment.

Website SEO Management: Maintain and improve on-page and technical SEO, including metadata, headings, internal linking, indexing, site structure, image optimization, schema markup, and website health.

Analytics & Performance Optimization: Monitor website, SEO, and campaign performance using tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, and Semrush. Identify trends, problems, and opportunities, and make improvements based on results.

Website & Landing Pages: Design, build, and maintain engaging, conversion-focused website pages and landing pages.

AI-Powered Production: Use AI tools to support research, design, development, content planning, and production while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Testing & Quality Checks: Review websites, landing pages, content, and digital assets for accuracy, functionality, usability, SEO, and brand consistency.

Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify ways to improve website performance, content effectiveness, user experience, and marketing results.

  • Experience designing and building websites or landing pages.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve research, development, design, and marketing workflows.
