The listing
Rockstar is rebuilding the infrastructure for employability by collapsing the cost of hiring. For decades, the high cost of recruiting meant that only companies with big brands or deep pockets could reliably find the talent needed to build winning teams.
By blending GenAI with human judgment, Rockstar cuts the cost of recruiting by over 90%, suddenly making it easy for every employer to get in the game. When every company can compete, the market changes. Candidates have more options and employers can compete – and win – on what actually matters.
At Rockstar, we’re laying the foundation for an employment system that works—one where it’s easy for wonderful companies to build winning teams, and where every single person has the opportunity to build an extraordinary career.
About the Role
Rockstar is hiring an Operations Associate to support the day-to-day execution of recruiting campaigns for U.S.-based clients. This is a full-time role and a great opportunity for early-career professionals looking to grow in operations, recruiting, HR, or startup environments.
You’ll play a key role in keeping recruiting workflows running smoothly by managing operational processes, coordinating candidate communications, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting internal teams. This is an operations-first role focused on execution, ownership, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
- Manage operational workflows across multiple recruiting campaigns and client accounts
- Coordinate candidate communications, outreach, follow-ups, scheduling, and confirmations
- Monitor shared inboxes and ensure timely, professional responses
- Maintain accurate candidate records and operational data
- Support recruiters and internal stakeholders with day-to-day operational tasks
- Identify process inefficiencies, flag issues proactively, and suggest improvements
- Follow and improve SOPs, workflows, and internal systems
- Assist with reporting, audits, and other operational projects as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 0–4 years of experience in operations, recruiting, HR, administration, customer support, or similar fields
- Evidence of exceptional ability (e.g., strong academic record, experience at high-growth startups, founding or startup experience, or other high-signal achievements)
- Strong attention to detail and a habit of checking work for accuracy
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to identify and solve problems
- Coachable, curious, and eager to learn new tools and processes
- Excellent written English and professional communication skills
- Comfortable working during U.S. business hours (EST overlap required)
