- Advise on commercial and legal issues related to new product launches and international expansion.
- Partner with Product Legal to bring new products and features to market.
- Draft and maintain agreements and playbooks, improve internal processes, and use AI tools to help the team work more effectively with colleagues, partners, and users.
- Collaborate with teams globally, including Sales, Operations, Product, Tax, and Risk.
- Help the global Commercial Legal team deliver consistent, efficient support as Stripe grows.
- Develop and deliver training and resources that help the Sales team understand and sell Stripe’s products.
- Serve as a point of escalation for outside counsel.

- Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex issues and key risks in plain language.
- The ability to guide cross-functional teams toward solutions that address business needs and legal risks.
- A collaborative approach and a willingness to contribute to the team’s shared success.
