As part of the Business Development & Partnerships team, this role will lead the commercial execution and scaling of Spring Health’s strategic go-to-market partnerships, translating partnership strategy into actionable commercial plans, shaping key decisions, and driving cross-functional execution to deliver targeted shared results.

This role will serve as a senior commercial thought partner and internal expert across Spring and partner teams, navigating complex and often ambiguous opportunities, influencing stakeholders, and building scalable approaches that drive partnership adoption and growth. This is a full-time, remote position that partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Implementation, Customer Success, and corresponding external partner teams. Travel of approximately 10–20% is required for partner meetings, internal offsites, client-facing opportunities, and key launch moments.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the end-to-end commercial execution of strategic GTM partnerships, helping bring new partnerships from initial strategy through launch, adoption, growth, and scale

  • Serve as a senior commercial thought partner and GTM bridge between Spring Health and partner teams, shaping sales motions, roles and responsibilities, pricing and packaging approaches, priorities, and ways of working

  • Act as a strategic liaison across Spring and partner Sales teams, shaping opportunity strategy and orchestrating complex co-sell opportunities, including deal structuring and calculations, client and consultant meetings, solution positioning, and coordination of the right Spring SMEs

  • Establish scalable commercial frameworks, guidance, and tools to support the sales motion, including pricing and packaging guidance, ROI and value calculations, pitch decks, FAQs, playbooks, and training resources

  • Define and track key measures of partnership success across product adoption, pipeline, revenue, and growth; connect trends and insights across workstreams and translate them into recommendations that shape commercial strategy

  • Navigate significant and ambiguous commercial issues, deal blockers, and cross-functional dependencies using independent judgment to align stakeholders, make recommendations, and maintain momentum toward shared outcomes

  • Lead strategic growth initiatives by building business cases, evaluating complex commercial scenarios and tradeoffs, and developing recommendations that influence senior stakeholders and partnership strategy

  • Identify patterns and recurring challenges across partnerships and develop stronger, scalable processes and approaches that improve commercial performance, decision-making, and execution

What success looks like:

  • Spring and partner market-facing teams have clear roles, processes, commercial guidance, messaging, and resources to effectively take the offering to market and scale the partnership

  • Client and consultant opportunities receive strong strategic and commercial support, including deal strategy, pricing and packaging guidance, and cross-functional orchestration, to move efficiently through the co-sell process

  • Serves as a trusted commercial thought partner, demonstrates strong presentation skills, effectively articulates Spring’s value proposition, and influences internal, partner, client, and consultant stakeholders across complex opportunities

  • Partnership performance, pipeline, and commercial trends are translated into clear insights and recommendations that influence priorities and decision-making

  • Strong product adoption and sustained partnership growth, contributing to pipeline growth, employer adoption, migrations, and partnership-driven revenue

What you’ll bring:

  • 5–7+ years of experience in GTM strategy, partnerships, enterprise Sales, business operations, management consulting, or a related field

  • Broad commercial expertise and experience leading significant, complex, cross-functional initiatives with accountability for outcomes in a high-growth environment

  • Strong commercial and selling acumen, including the ability to independently navigate opportunity strategy, pricing and packaging, deal economics and calculations, and complex enterprise sales motions

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with demonstrated ability to convey complex information, influence diverse stakeholders, and communicate effectively with customers, consultants, partners, senior leaders, and executive audiences

  • Demonstrated ability to apply independent judgment in ambiguous situations, synthesize competing business and stakeholder needs, and translate strategy into actionable commercial plans and recommendations

  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, ownership mindset, and ability to influence and drive outcomes across teams without direct authority; ability to travel up to 20% as needed

Nice to have:

  • Experience in digital health, benefits, or healthcare partnerships

  • Exposure to payer, partnership, reseller, or channel-based go-to-market models

  • Experience supporting complex enterprise Sales or co-sell motions, including pricing, packaging, deal strategy, and commercial negotiations

  • Experience analyzing partnership performance, pipeline, or commercial metrics and using insights to shape strategy
