The listing
MaintainX is a leading mobile-first work execution platform for industrial and frontline teams. More than 13,000 customers, including Duracell, McDonald's, Shell, DHL and Volvo, use MaintainX to cut unplanned downtime and run better operations, across 13.9 million managed assets and 79.5 million completed work orders.
In August 2026 MaintainX became part of Autodesk, joining Autodesk Operations Solutions, the organization unifying Autodesk's operations platform alongside Tandem, FlexSim and Fusion Operations. Autodesk's strategy is to converge design, make and operate into one continuous lifecycle: design an asset, build it, run it, then feed what you learn running it back into the next design. Autodesk had design and make. Operate is the phase that tells you what actually happened, and it is ours.
Role context
This role sits on the Brand Design team inside Marketing, the brand and motion designers behind our campaigns, web, launches and events. Every piece of that work moves through Asana, and this person owns how it comes in, how it moves and how it ships. You'll be the reason designers spend their days designing.
The role
You will own the operating rhythm of the Brand Design team, from the moment a request lands to the moment the work ships.
Own intake in Asana. Review new requests with Marketing stakeholders, make sure each arrives with a complete creative brief, and prioritize what the team takes on, cutting the back-and-forth that pulls designers away from design.
Build and maintain the processes that move work smoothly from request to delivery, consistently adapting and optimizing.
Partner with Marketing Program Management on large marketing initiatives each year that touch every marketer, setting start dates and deliverable milestones with clear reasoning behind them.
Track team capacity against demand and raise trade-offs early, so deadlines are decisions rather than surprises.
Keep project files and deliverables organized so anything the team has made can be found in seconds.
Build the reporting that shows what the team delivers and the impact of that work, in both qualitative and quantitative terms.
You'll report to our Director of Marketing Creative, and work alongside a team of designers and motion designers.
About you
You've run project delivery for an in-house creative, design or marketing team.
You've owned intake and set the standard for a good brief, and you've gotten requesters to follow it.
You're fluent in a work management tool. Asana is ours.
You plan across many teams, set milestones, and turn scattered feedback into clear next steps.
You notice what's broken before anyone tells you and arrive with a proposed fix.
You influence through rationale, data and diplomacy, and you're clearly on your stakeholders' team. People want to work with you because you serve the company as a whole rather than defending any one group.
Nice to have
Experience reporting on the outcomes of creative work with data
Familiarity with brand or motion design workflows
Background in B2B software or industrial marketing
We offer
Work that shows up in the physical world. The brand you help ship supports software that keeps factories, fleets, hospitals and campuses running.
A product the industry already loves. You're adding to something that already wins, and the work is about what comes next.
Autodesk scale, same mission. The resources of a profitable public company, pointed at the problem we were already solving: building the operating layer between how the physical world is designed and how it performs.
An early seat. How this team operates is being shaped right now, and you'll be able to name the parts you own.
Values & how we work
We reward output and trust people with autonomy. You'll have real room to redesign how this team works, and we expect you to use it: raise issues early, bring a proposed fix, and measure whether it worked. We hire for what you've done, not what your title was. Show us the project you're proudest of.
Our mission is to keep the physical world running. Factories, fleets, hospitals and campuses stay up because the people who maintain them have tools worth using. That is what we build.
Compensation and benefits. Base pay is one part of the package. Depending on the role, compensation may also include commission, an annual bonus and equity. Benefits differ by country. For roles in the United States, Autodesk’s benefits are described at benefits.autodesk.com. For roles in Canada and other countries, the plan differs on health coverage, retirement and leave, and your recruiter will walk you through it.
Belonging. We take pride in a culture where everyone can thrive. More at autodesk.com/company/global-belonging. More on where this is going: Autodesk CEO Andrew Anagnost on building the future of connected operations, and AOS SVP Stephen Hooper on welcoming MaintainX to Autodesk.
