Job Description:
This role is a partner to the Director of Workplace AI. It focuses on collaborating with stakeholders to understand their business problems, shaping AI use cases, quantifying impact, and producing decision-quality analyses and materials that help the Director and VP make smart, fast calls.
The person in this role will work across business units to clarify needs, analyze processes and data, support build-versus-buy recommendations, and track how AI solutions perform against baselines and ROI expectations.
What you’ll do:
Required qualifications:
- 12 years in consulting, business analysis, product strategy, transformation, or similar analytically heavy IC roles.
- Strong fluency with modern AI/GenAI concepts and enterprise productivity tools; able to understand solution patterns and constraints.
- Demonstrated experience structuring ambiguous business problems and delivering clear, data-informed recommendations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with quantitative analysis on operational and business metrics (Excel/Sheets, BI tools, or similar).
- Ability to turn stakeholder conversations and data into crisp narratives, business cases, and recommendation documents.
- Experience working cross-functionally with business stakeholders on technology-enabled change (tools, workflows, or process improvements).
- Strong communication skills, especially in written form (memos, decks, summaries) for senior, non-technical audiences.
Preferred qualifications:
- Consulting background (strategy, operations, or analytics) or internal strategy/ops roles with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Experience building simple ROI models or value frameworks for technology or process changes.
- Exposure to vendor selection, SaaS evaluations, or market scans in a B2B/enterprise context.
- Familiarity with basic BI or analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) for building simple adoption/value views.
