- Create original and imaginative architectural concepts based on client briefs and project objectives.
- Develop sketches, 3D models, and renderings to communicate architectural ideas effectively.
- Stay informed about new materials, technologies, and trends in architecture and design to push the boundaries of creative solutions.
- Conduct preliminary assessments of the feasibility of design concepts, including structural, environmental, and budgetary considerations.
- Prepare and present architectural concepts to clients, project stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring designs meet both client expectations and regulatory standards.
- Make necessary revisions to the concept designs based on client feedback or changing project requirements.
- Produce 2D and 3D renderings using rendering software and artificial intelligence (AI).
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- 10–15 years of experience in concept design or architectural design.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of architectural styles, materials, and trends.
- Ability to translate abstract ideas into tangible, visually appealing designs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
