✨ What You'll Be Doing

Provide live parent coaching, including real-time family dinner sessions.

Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.

Deliver structured training through our Live Learning Hub and provide 1:1 caregiver feedback.

Lead weekly group coaching sessions (up to 8 families).

Conduct intake calls and develop individualized support plans.

Maintain clinical documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with the clinical team on client progress.
🎓 Who We're Looking For

Active BCBA certification in good standing.

Licensed or eligible for licensure in Georgia and/or other states served (multi-state licensure is a plus).

Experience working with children with autism and their families.

Strong communication and caregiver-coaching skills.

Ability to work independently with reliable internet and a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace.

Telehealth experience preferred, but not required!
