The listing
As an Operations Specialist, you'll sit at the intersection of business operations and strategic finance. You'll build the models, dashboards and analyses that leadership uses to make decisions, and you won't stop at the recommendation: you'll own its execution, taking projects from a rough idea to something shipped and running.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role. You'll work closely with the founders, Finance, RevOps, Sales, Customer Success and Product. It suits someone who has a few years of operating experience, wants broad exposure across the company, and likes owning work end to end.
- Structure project roadmaps, scope and milestones, and drive projects to completion
- Clean, combine and model data from across the business so insights hold up at scale
- Build and maintain leadership dashboards, and make sure the numbers are right
- Build data models that surface opportunities and risks
- Benchmark best practices and turn them into recommendations
- Identify improvements, recommend a course of action, and own its execution through to results
Strategic Finance
- Maintain and evolve the company's rolling forecast and growth model, including ARR, retention and headcount drivers
- Support investor and board reporting: KPI definitions, monthly updates and the analysis behind them
- Build pricing and packaging analyses, deal-desk and pricing calculators, and unit economics for new products
- Run cost and spend reviews across vendors, tooling and payments, identify savings and cash allocation opportunities, and implement them
Cross-functional projects
- Lead company-level initiatives that don't sit neatly in one team, from scoping to rollout
- Manage multiple stakeholders, gather input and drive alignment on decisions and timelines
- Act as a partner to RevOps, Sales, Customer Success, Product, People and Legal on operational and commercial projects
- Document processes and build the playbooks and tools that let other teams run them without you
- 3-5 years of experience in business operations, strategy and operations, strategic finance, consulting, investment banking or a similar analytical role
- Hands-on experience in both operations and finance: you've owned operational projects and built financial models that were used to make real decisions
- Advanced spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets or Excel)
- Working SQL and experience with a BI tool (Looker, Metabase, Tableau or similar) to build dashboards yourself
- Solid understanding of SaaS metrics: ARR, NRR, churn, CAC, payback, gross margin
- Structured problem solving: you can break an ambiguous question into a plan, find the data, and land on a clear recommendation
- Strong written and verbal communication in English; you can present findings to founders and to non-technical teams
- You persuade people to your point of view through data and analysis
- Comfortable managing several projects and stakeholders at once, with high ownership and attention to detail
- Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS startup
- Exposure to US and European operations
- Comfort using AI tools to automate analysis, reporting and recurring workflows
