Job Summary
The Client Success Enablement Manager builds and leads scalable programs that prepare Dynatron’s Client Success teams to improve product adoption, customer engagement, retention, renewal, and expansion. Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing development programs with clear learning paths, competency expectations, and readiness standards.
- Identify skill and performance gaps, distinguishing training needs from process, technology, or management issues.
- Create engaging, practical learning experiences that strengthen product knowledge, coaching consistency, and Client Success skills.
- Lead adoption of CRM systems, Customer Success platforms, and new processes through structured rollouts, reinforcement, and support.
- Partner with Client Success leadership, Operations, and other stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and gain alignment.
- Measure effectiveness through ramp time, employee readiness, behavior change, system usage, and customer outcomes; refine programs based on results.
- Manage competing priorities and limited resources while maintaining accountability for delivery and quality.
- Demonstrated ownership of enablement programs from design through evaluation—not just delivery of existing training.
- Strong understanding of the SaaS post-sale customer lifecycle.
- Ability to apply adult-learning principles and translate learning into on-the-job performance.
- Effective stakeholder influence, change management, and independent execution.
- Evidence of improved employee readiness, technology adoption, and Client Success results.
- Combine automotive expertise with a career in high-growth B2B SaaS.
- Help dealerships turn technology and data into measurable business results.
- Own meaningful, long-term customer relationships rather than transactional interactions.
- Work closely with Product, Sales, Support, Implementation, and Client Success teams.
- Remote-first environment offering flexibility, autonomy, and accountability.
- Clear expectations, measurable outcomes, and opportunities for continued professional growth.
