About the project
As a Senior Adobe Journey Optimizer you will be responsible for leveraging the Adobe Journey Optimizer platform to design, implement, and optimize personalized customer journeys across various channels. This role requires a deep understanding of customer behavior, data analysis, and marketing automation techniques to drive engagement, conversions, and retention.
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute personalized customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer, incorporating various touchpoints such as email, SMS, push notifications, and more.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, data analytics, and IT to gather requirements, define audience segments, and implement targeted campaigns.
- Utilize Adobe Experience Cloud tools to analyze customer data, identify insights, and optimize journey performance.
- Implement A/B testing and multivariate experiments to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.
- Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting successes and opportunities for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to drive innovation and maximize the impact of Adobe Journey Optimizer.
