Progress Partners is a fast-growing technology company building and scaling next-generation SaaS and mobile platforms. We blend creativity with data-driven execution to ship high-impact products, including AI-powered tools, productivity platforms, and workflow software, used by millions of people in more than 160 countries.
Our global team of experts in software development, product design, growth, and analytics collaborates across time zones to deliver category-defining innovations. We work end-to-end across the product lifecycle: design, build, launch, and scale.
If you’re passionate about building transformative products, Progress Partners is a place to make a lasting impact.
About the RoleHi, I’m Oleksandra, Head of Localization and Content at Progress Partners, and I’m hiring a Content Production Manager to join my team. We build consumer products ranging from utility tools to wellbeing and learning experiences, and many of them rely on rich in-app content, such as lessons, quizzes, stories, videos, and other formats, produced through a mix of AI workflows, in-house content specialists, and a network of freelancers. We’re now scaling that output across several products at once, and we need someone to own the engine full-time. You’ll run content production end to end, combining editorial judgment with strong project management to deliver high volumes of quality content on tight timelines. You’ll coordinate the work of our in-house content specialists and directly manage our freelance network, without direct reports initially.
What You’ll DoPlan and manage content production across products, from brief to publication.
Coordinate AI-assisted content pipelines, including generation, review, and import into our CMS.
Brief, manage, and review freelancers: writers, video producers, editors, instructional designers, and subject-matter experts.
Own video production, including AI-generated video and captions.
Set up and track production timelines, capacity, and budgets.
Make sure content goes through quality review, originality checks, and localization on time.
Monitor content performance and engagement, and feed insights into what we produce next.
Keep production systems topic-agnostic and reusable, so we can launch new verticals quickly.
4+ years in content production or editorial management for digital products, ideally learning apps.
Experience managing freelancers and remote experts at scale.
Strong editorial skills and a high bar for content quality.
Hands-on experience with AI content and video tools.
Excellent organization, with experience running several projects at once.
Comfort with metrics and content performance analysis.
Strong written communication and the ability to work autonomously in a remote, async environment.
Comfort with ownership, transparency, and a results-driven mindset.
Experience producing bite-sized learning content, such as courses, lessons, or quizzes.
Experience with CMS-based content workflows.
Experience producing content for multiple languages.
Take over content production for an upcoming product launch and deliver it on schedule.
Set up a production workflow and tracking system used across products.
Build a reliable pool of freelancers for video and other formats.
Define content quality and originality checks for production.
We’re fully remote and distributed across time zones. We default to async, communicate in writing, and trust people to deliver outcomes, not log hours. Decisions are transparent, ownership is clear, and your work is visible from day one.
Interview Process
We've designed our interview process to be transparent, respectful of your time, and a genuine two-way conversation; we want to get to know you, and we want you to get to know us. You'll always know what stage you're at, what to expect next, and roughly how long things will take.
Initial screen with our Talent Acquisition Team - 30 min
Take-home assessment - 3 days
Final panel with Head of Localization and Content - 60 min
We believe great work starts with taking care of our people, and we want everyone on our team to have the support and resources they need to thrive, both professionally and personally. Here's what you can expect when you join our team:
Remote-first: Live and work wherever you're happiest and most productive. No relocation, ever.
Flexible hours: we measure outcomes, not time spent at a desk.
Unlimited PTO: take the time you need to rest, recharge, and do your best work.
Learning & development budget: courses, books, conferences, certifications, whatever helps you grow.
Home office & wellness allowance: a dedicated budget to set up your workspace and support your health.
