The opportunity
This is a new-logo role. You'll win large warehousing, logistics and industrial property owners, operators and FM organisations across the UK that don't work with us yet. You'll run the full sales cycle, from the first cold conversation to signature. Once an account goes live, Customer Success takes it from there.
You'll work a defined UK territory of named target accounts. You'll have reference customers that carry real weight in the supply chain sector, and direct access to the CRO and CEO, who will join your deals when it matters.
What you'll do
Build your own pipeline
Build and work a named list of target accounts across UK warehousing, logistics and industrial real estate, with a clear view of why each one should change and what it would take.
Generate most of your own pipeline. Business development and marketing will help, but you're the hunter.
Reach C-suite and operational leaders through outbound, industry networks, events, partners and existing customer relationships.
Win complex enterprise deals
Run the full cycle: discovery, business case, evaluation, negotiation and signature.
Replace incumbent CAFM/IWMS platforms, in-house systems and spreadsheet-based processes.
Navigate buying groups, procurement, IT security and legal without losing momentum.
Qualify rigorously with MEDDICC and use mutual action plans on every live deal.
Shape the commercial structure of each deal: pricing, multi-year terms, phased rollouts and land-and-expand entry points.
Lead with the business case
Earn access to CFOs, COOs, CIOs, Heads of Real Estate and operations leaders.
Sell on operating cost, compliance exposure, portfolio performance and risk, not on a feature demo.
Bring in Presales, Product and executive sponsors on the deals that justify it.
Forecast with discipline
Keep a forecast you can defend line by line and a CRM that reflects reality.
Disqualify early and visibly. Time spent on a real deal is worth more than a pipeline that only looks full.
Share competitive and market insight with product, marketing and pricing.
What we're looking for
A true hunter. You've built a career winning new logos, not managing existing accounts.
5+ years in B2B software sales, at an established, credible software business.
Enterprise deal experience. You've closed complex six-figure deals with multiple stakeholders, procurement and IT security reviews. This isn't high-volume transactional sales.
Sector knowledge in warehousing, logistics, industrial or supply chain, or in facilities management software. If your background is in commercial real estate, we'd want to see a very strong sales track record.
A track record you can walk us through. What you sold, to whom, how you got in, and what you said. We value an honest career story over polished numbers. If you've had a quarter or a year that didn't go to plan, we want to hear what you did about it.
C-level credibility. You can build a business case and defend it in front of a finance audience.
MEDDICC or a similar qualification framework, used in practice.
Understanding of the UK market, and the energy to build something as the new-business team grows.
What we offer
Base salary, uncapped commission and accelerators.
Dedicated Solution Consulting, BD support and marketing programmes aimed at your segment.
A real path into enterprise sales leadership as the team scales.
Remote working, with roughly monthly time together in London or Birmingham.
Logistics
Location: UK, remote (England or Wales preferred)
Travel: roughly monthly to London or Birmingham
Employment type: Full-time
