Support responses to Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), Public Records Requests (PRR), and similar records requests by conducting structured searches for relevant records and helping organize responsive materials.
Help document search efforts, track production status, and escalate issues or gaps to the appropriate attorney.
Handle subpoenas and third-party records requests, including coordinating responsive materials and preparing records custodian declarations.
Insurance and certificates of insurance
Maintain insurance-related records, policies, claims documentation, certificates of insurance, and related correspondence.
Coordinate with the company’s external insurance team, brokers, carriers, and other relevant parties.
Assist with gathering information needed for claims, renewals, coverage inquiries, and litigation-related insurance matters.
Monitor follow-up items and ensure relevant legal and business stakeholders have current insurance information.

Gather responsive company information and documentation from relevant business partners.
Review submissions for completeness, consistency, and confidentiality concerns, and prepare confidentiality and trade secret redactions.
Track exceptions to contract terms and other requested deviations, and flag such exceptions for attorney review.
Maintain a library of standard certifications, good standing certificates, certificates of insurance, pre-approved responses, and other RFP-related materials and supporting documentation.
Help identify legal or compliance issues for attorney review and ensure deadlines are met.
Legal and corporate drafting
Prepare and revise routine letters, legal and corporate correspondence, internal memoranda, notices, form agreements, and other documents for attorney review.
