Job Description

Senior Product Manager, Analytics & Insights

We are looking for a strategic Senior Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our client- and program-facing analytics products. These products help clients and program teams understand and optimize the value of their programs. This is an individual contributor role. You’ll run discovery, write PRDs and prototypes, prioritize the backlog, and stay close to delivery. You’ll partner with Data & AI, Software Engineering, Client Delivery and Success, and program leadership to build AI-enabled analytics. Your products will be delivered as part of a larger integrated solution, so you’ll own how they connect to upstream source products, the shared data platform, and the client and internal experiences that use them.

You are a great fit if you can…

  • Define a 1-3 year vision and an outcomes-focused roadmap for client and program analytics. Base it on client needs, program priorities, and market trends, and communicate tradeoffs to leadership, clients, and partners.
  • Own secure, multi-tenant client dashboards, value realization reporting, and consistent, branded reporting that scales across clients and reduces manual work.
  • Shape how AI makes analytics easier to access and act on, including conversational tools (such as Databricks AI/BI Genie and Claude-powered agents) and AI-generated insights. Set guardrails for accuracy, explainability, data access, and human review.
  • Partner with data engineering and platform teams on how data is ingested, modeled, governed, and served on Databricks, turning business needs into clear data product requirements.
  • Work directly with clients, program managers, and client success teams to understand reporting needs, validate solutions, and run roadmap reviews, intake, and release communications.
  • Coordinate with peer product managers on shared data, instrumentation, integration points, and sequencing so analytics reflect the full product ecosystem.
  • Define and track KPIs such as analytics adoption, self-service usage, time to insight, data quality, reduced manual reporting, and client satisfaction.
  • Bring structure to ambiguity, using both quantitative data and qualitative feedback to make decisions and influence without direct authority.

Exciting candidates will have…

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including owning data, analytics, or BI products
  • Hands-on experience with the Databricks platform and close collaboration with data engineering teams
  • Experience delivering client-facing or embedded analytics in a multi-tenant environment
  • Experience with AI-powered products (conversational analytics, LLM-generated insights, or agentic tools), including how to keep their output accurate
  • A record of shipping products with measurable business results
  • Experience in a multi-product or platform organization where your product area is one part of a larger solution
  • The ability to turn business questions into data requirements and complex data into plain findings for clients

Strongly preferred experience/qualifications…

  • Experience delivering analytics products for enterprise clients in regulated or program-driven industries (energy, utilities, sustainability, government, healthcare, financial services, or similar)
  • Experience with data governance, access controls, and data sharing

Why this role: Your products show clients the value of their programs and help our program teams deliver better results for the communities they serve. You’ll work with modern tools, including Databricks and Claude, and combine data platform work with direct client product delivery.
