The listing
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Agreement & Billing Specialist to turn signed customer contracts into accurate, well-maintained agreements in ConnectWise Manage.
In this role, you’ll help ensure services are set up and billed in line with contract terms. You’ll work closely with Sales, Project Management, Service Delivery, and Finance to support customer onboarding, manage agreement changes and renewals, and resolve billing questions. You’ll also help identify scope changes that need a signed change order before work proceeds.
What you’ll do
- Review customer contracts, MSAs, SOWs, amendments, and renewals.
- Set up and maintain agreements, service additions, billing cycles, and renewal settings in ConnectWise Manage.
- Check that agreement configuration, engineer time, services delivered, and invoices align with contract terms.
- Support onboarding teams in confirming that project work is within the signed scope.
- Track renewals, expirations, pricing changes, cancellations, and mid-term service changes.
- Audit agreements and investigate billing discrepancies, missed charges, or services that are no longer being delivered.
- Reconcile agreement additions against vendor subscriptions, such as Pax8 or Microsoft CSP, where applicable.
- Support Finance with month-end reviews, audit requests, billing disputes, and related NetSuite records.
- Maintain agreement documentation, reporting, and setup standards.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in contract administration, billing operations, or finance operations—ideally in an MSP or technology services environment.
- Hands-on experience with ConnectWise Manage agreements, additions, billing cycles, and invoicing.
- The ability to interpret contracts and translate their terms into accurate system configuration.
- Knowledge of MSP billing models, including recurring, fixed-fee, project, and time-and-materials billing.
- Strong Excel skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills and the confidence to raise questions when work or services fall outside the signed contract.
Nice to have
- NetSuite experience.
- Experience with Pax8, Microsoft CSP, or other vendor billing reconciliation.
- Familiarity with ConnectWise reporting, ticketing, and time-entry workflows.
- Knowledge of revenue recognition, contract-to-cash processes, audits, or internal controls.
