The listing

This is a full time, remote and permanent role as per the US Central timezone

We are looking for a competent Amazon PPC Manager. You will be the person accountable for turning our ad spend into profitable, scalable revenue.

This role suits a data-driven advertiser who is comfortable working independently in a remote team, collaborating live with US-based colleagues during Central Time hours, and managing six-figure monthly ad budgets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands (including video) and Sponsored Display campaigns across all product lines.
  • Manage daily bids, budgets, placements and dayparting to hit target ACoS, TACoS and ROAS goals.
  • Run keyword and ASIN targeting research, including competitor, category and search-term analysis; add negatives to cut wasted spend.
  • Structure accounts for efficiency: campaign naming, match-type segmentation, auto-to-manual harvesting and budget allocation by product margin.
  • Plan ad support for launches, promotions and Prime Day, Black Friday and Cyber Monday and other peak events.
  • Collaborate with listing, creative and inventory teams to improve conversion rate (titles, images, A+ content, pricing, coupons) and avoid advertising out-of-stock items.
  • Test ad creatives, headlines, audiences and bidding strategies; document results.
  • Build weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and next actions for leadership.
  • Monitor Amazon Ads updates, new ad features and policy changes, and apply them where they help.
  • Manage and coach junior PPC analysts or freelancers, if applicable.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on Amazon PPC management, with a proven record of improving profitability on US accounts.
  • Experience managing monthly ad budgets of $50,000 or more (adjust to your needs).
  • Strong working knowledge of Amazon Advertising Console, Campaign Manager and the Search Term, Targeting and Placement reports.
  • Solid understanding of metrics: ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, CPC, CTR, CVR, impressions share and break-even ACoS.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for bid models, pivots and reporting.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; able to explain results to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-managed, organized and reliable in a remote environment.
  • Able to work core hours in US Central Time with a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Preferred Qualifications and Tools

  • Experience with Amazon DSP, Amazon Marketing Stream or Amazon Attribution.
  • Familiarity with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataDive, Perpetua, Pacvue, Teikametrics, Quartile or similar tools.
  • Experience with Amazon Brand Analytics, Vendor Central or Seller Central.
  • Amazon Ads certification (Learning Console) is a plus.
  • Basic SQL, Looker Studio or Power BI skills for dashboards.
