About This Role:
Maven is looking for a mission-driven, empathetic Pediatric Sleep Coach to support our members through virtual care.
As a Maven provider, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with members across the globe, expanding access to high-quality healthcare. You’ll join a curated provider network spanning 30+ specialties and 350+ subspecialties, all working to deliver holistic, high-value care.

This is a part-time, 1099 independent contractor position requiring approximately 5 hours per week.
What You'll Do:
- Provide virtual care and support to members through 30-minute video consultations and asynchronous messaging, addressing topics including:
- Helping parents set realistic expectations and understand developmental changes in infant sleep patterns.
- Providing guidance and strategies to help parents establish healthy sleep habits and routines for their infants.
- Supporting parents in navigating common infant sleep regressions and changes in sleep patterns.
- Offering practical newborn care tips, including guidance on pacifier use and managing pacifier dependency.
- Providing emotional support to mothers, recognizing potential early signs of postpartum depression (PPD) and postpartum anxiety (PPA), and helping connect them with appropriate resources and clinical support when needed.
- Document encounters in Maven’s practice management system, MPractice.
- Collaborate with Maven’s Care Delivery team to coordinate member needs, including in-person referrals and follow-up care.
- Champion Maven’s unique care model by providing culturally humble care and advancing our belief that better outcomes for women and families mean a better world for everyone.
Who You Are:
- A pediatric sleep coach who is Gentle Sleep Coach certified or certified as a Pediatric Sleep Consultant through Family Sleep Institute.
- Currently residing in the United States.
- Able to commit approximately 5 hours per week to direct member care in a part-time, independent contractor (1099) capacity.
- Have at least 5 years of professional experience providing sleep coaching.
- Have at least 3 years of experience delivering care via telehealth.
- Experienced in providing one-on-one sleep coaching in a private practice setting.
- Comfortable delivering care through a digital health platform and engaging members in a virtual care environment.
- Passionate about women’s and family health, with a strong interest in infant sleep and postpartum support.
