Measurement and Analytical Integrity:
- Create trusted measures. Define grain, denominators, cohorts, attribution windows, refresh expectations, and ownership; keep early signals separate from mature financial and loss outcomes.
- Measure impact credibly. Establish baselines and use appropriate comparison groups, experiments, or causal methods so contact and correlation are not presented as incremental lift.
- Make uncertainty visible. Surface missing, stale, contradictory, or biased evidence; document assumptions and limitations before results are used to prioritize work or evaluate performance.
People, Adoption, and Partnership:
- Lead a business-facing analytics team. Set clear ownership, coach analytical and communication skills, establish peer review, and develop analysts who can move from ambiguous questions to adopted products.
- Make insight actionable. Ensure priority outputs identify the evidence, responsible owner, next action, due date, and outcome-capture method rather than ending with a dashboard.
- Partner on the data contract. Work with Data Engineering on source quality, curated datasets, semantic models, and service expectations, while Analytics owns metric logic, interpretation, and analytical acceptance.
Technologies:
- Strong knowledge of Python and mathematical modeling required
