Operating as a direct-to-consumer e-commerce brand via Shopify, the business takes pride in delivering durable, high-quality architectural planter systems directly to homeowners and landscape enthusiasts. ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to own and scale our online sales, with paid Meta advertising serving as the core foundation of the position. In this remote, hands-on role, you will be responsible for end-to-end paid acquisition across Meta and Google, managing conversion tracking, audience development, creative testing, and product feed accuracy. You will work closely with internal teams to translate made-to-order lead times and stock availability into profitable, high-converting digital ad campaigns.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), including catalog ads, retargeting, and creative testing
- Manage Google Search and Shopping campaigns, our Merchant Center product feed, and GA4 reporting
- Set up and maintain tracking (Meta pixel and Conversions API, Google conversion tracking) so we can trust the numbers
- Build customer lists and audiences for retargeting and lookalikes
- Plan creative with our team and brief photo and video content for ads
- Report monthly on spend, revenue, ROAS, and what you’re testing next
- Make sure ads reflect real stock availability and lead times, including made-to-order items
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Solid, hands-on experience managing paid Meta ad campaigns (Facebook and Instagram) for e-commerce or physical product businesses, backed by a demonstrated track record of results.
- Proven proficiency managing Google Ads (Search, Shopping) and Google Merchant Center feeds.
- Hands-on experience establishing and troubleshooting Meta Conversions API (CAPI), server-side tracking, Google conversion tags, and GA4 analytics.
- Familiarity with basic SEO best practices and email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo or equivalent).
- Excellent written English communication skills and the discipline to manage multi-channel digital marketing autonomously in a remote setup.
PREFERRED:
- Working knowledge of Shopify administration (products, collections, app ecosystems, and ad feed syncs).
- Direct experience marketing made-to-order, customized, or low-volume manufactured goods with extended delivery lead times.
- Practical skills in directing, editing, or creating photo and video assets tailored for social ad formats.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- A structured, data-driven approach to testing creative variations, bidding models, and target demographics without relying solely on platform-reported metrics.
- Strong ownership mindset, adept at diagnosing sudden dips in ROAS, tracking discrepancies, or campaign overspend proactively.
- Clear, organized communication style capable of briefing creatives and aligning marketing spend with operational capacity.
