ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an experienced Associate Director of Social Media to join our Media team on a temporary basis from January through mid-July 2027. This role will provide coverage for an existing position and help ensure continuity across client accounts, social media campaigns, and team operations during the assignment.
The Associate Director of Social Media will oversee paid and organic social media strategy and performance across a portfolio of client accounts, provide strategic guidance to team members, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective, integrated marketing programs. Success in this role means maintaining strong client relationships, driving campaign performance against established goals, supporting the team's day-to-day needs, and ensuring high-quality, timely delivery of client work.
This is a full-time, temporary opportunity for someone who can step into an established team, manage multiple priorities independently, and make an immediate impact. While the position is initially temporary, the potential for an extension or future permanent opportunity may be considered based on business needs.
