The listing
Hunley is a rapidly growing Salesforce Summit Partner headquartered in Davidson, NC, with a fully remote team working from all corners of the country. We move quickly, collaborate deeply, and keep our clients at the center of everything we do. We’re proud to be known not just as a trusted partner to our clients, but also as a place where people genuinely enjoy working.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead delivery across multiple Salesforce implementation projects at once. You’ll own each engagement’s plan, budget, and client relationship from kickoff through go-live, making sure we deliver a quality product on time and on budget.
This is a senior, client-facing role. You should be confident running projects with clients at every level, keeping cross-functional teams aligned, and spotting risks early. You’ll also help shape Hunley’s project management practice as we grow.
About Hunley
Hunley is a Salesforce Summit Partner and boutique implementation consultancy specializing in the construction, building products, and manufacturing industries. In 2026, Hunley joined forces with TrebleHook, a Salesforce OEM/ISV platform, to form CRM Solutions, a combined entity delivering both implementation services and proprietary product development. We’re at an exciting inflection point, expanding our capabilities in data, AI, and integration architecture, and actively building the team that will take us there.
What You’ll Do
- Lead several concurrent Salesforce implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and hypercare
- Build and own project plans, schedules, estimates, and budgets, and resolve conflicts as they come up
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders: run status meetings, set expectations, and make sure there are no surprises
- Manage scope: document, approve, and track change requests, and communicate their impact on timeline and budget
- Keep consultants, architects, developers, and client teams coordinated and moving
- Track and report progress on scope, schedule, quality, and cost; log risks and escalate appropriately
- Maintain projects in our PSA and internal systems so status is always current
- Help refine Hunley’s delivery processes and PM standards, and mentor newer project managers and coordinators
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of project management experience, including Salesforce implementation projects
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and budgets at the same time
- Strong, confident client presence, with the judgment to navigate ambiguity, competing priorities, and difficult conversations
- Solid working knowledge of Salesforce and agile delivery (we use a modified agile approach)
- Experience with a PSA and/or project management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and strong attention to detail
- Comfortable in a boutique consulting environment: you own your engagements, contribute to process-building, and thrive without a large support infrastructure
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Bonus Points
- PMP, CSM, or similar project management certification
- Salesforce certifications
- Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction), building products, or manufacturing industries
- Experience managing projects involving integrations, Data Cloud, or Agentforce
