We manage a portfolio of well-established brands across North America and Europe, offering a comprehensive suite of products designed to streamline and elevate the RV travel experience.

In October of 2026, Harvest Hosts became part of Choice Hotels International, one of the world’s largest lodging franchisors. Harvest Hosts continues to operate as a standalone business, now backed by the scale and reach of the Choice Hotels organization.

Our portfolio includes:

  • Harvest Hosts – offering unique overnight stays at ~6,000 wineries, breweries, distilleries, golf courses, museums, and other small businesses across North America
  • Boondockers Welcome – a community-driven platform connecting RVers with over 3,000 private property hosts
  • Escapees RV Club – one of the largest and most established RV clubs, offering resources, education, events and community for all RVers
  • Brit Stops – a UK and Ireland-based membership connecting motorhomers with ~1,500 small businesses that allow overnight stopovers
  • CampScanner – an alert service that notifies users of open campsites at sold-out State and National Parks

The company’s mission is to advance the technology and accessibility of the RVing and campground industry, making travel more fun while supporting national parks, local small businesses, and communities along the way.

Who You Are

Are you highly organized, creative, and someone who loves turning a great destination into an unforgettable experience? Do you enjoy bringing people together, building relationships, and seeing an event come to life from the first idea through the final farewell?

We are looking for a Community & Events Lead to join our team full-time and help create memorable RV travel experiences for our members.

In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of assigned events across our growing Community & Events portfolio, with a primary focus on Discoveries and Getaways.

Discoveries are intimate, thoughtfully curated RV travel experiences, typically designed for approximately 15–30 RVs. These events allow members to explore a destination through unique local experiences, guided tours, attractions, group meals, and activities that bring people together.

Getaways are larger, multi-day RV gatherings that combine entertainment, educational opportunities, social activities, and community experiences in a fun, welcoming environment.

You will help bring these experiences from concept to completion, including researching destinations, developing event itineraries and programming, building relationships with local partners, negotiating contracts, managing budgets, and overseeing successful event execution.
