The listing
As Lead Product Manager at Movable Ink, you'll own the behavioral decisioning capabilities that sit at the heart of our most time-sensitive marketing activations. This means defining how our platform detects meaningful customer patterns over time and turns them into reliable, high-value triggers, from abandoned cart and price drop to the next generation of signals our customers haven't yet imagined. You'll partner closely with a technically strong engineering team to set product direction, resolve ownership boundaries across dependent teams, and build the foundation for self-serve behavioral configuration at scale. This is a role for a product thinker who is energized by technical depth, comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated by seeing their work drive real customer outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for Movable Ink's Behavioral decisioning layer across Da Vinci and Studio
- Partner with engineering to define and evolve the trigger library, stateful contact context model, declarative pattern framework, and suppression and eligibility controls
- Establish and maintain clear product scope and integration contracts with dependent teams including events, data persistence, semantic labeling, and delivery
- Identify and prioritize the highest-value behavioral use cases by drawing on customer insight, commercial input, and data, and translate them into well-scoped requirements engineering can execute against
- Define the configuration model and taxonomy for the declarative pattern framework, enabling new behavioral signals to be created without engineering involvement
- Be a ruthless advocate for our customers in every interaction and decision
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of product management experience working directly with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders, with demonstrated ownership of a technical product domain
- Ability to reason about event-driven systems, stateful logic, and time-windowed pattern detection at a conceptual level, and translate those concepts into clear product requirements
- Strong prioritization skills, capable of distinguishing high-leverage investments from parity work and building alignment around sequencing decisions
- Skilled at navigating ambiguous ownership boundaries and establishing durable cross-team contracts in environments with multiple interdependent engineering teams
- Clear communicator who can operate across engineering, CX, sales, and executive stakeholders, adjusting depth and framing without losing precision
- Experience partnering closely with engineering in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where product direction and team process are shaped together

Our differences bring a breadth of knowledge and perspectives that makes us collectively stronger.
