About the Role
We're seeking detail-oriented Associate Theft Investigators to analyze video footage from self-service stores and identify potential theft incidents. This role combines analytical skills with attention to detail to support our mission of reducing retail losses.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough analysis of surveillance footage to identify and document theft incidents
Classify and interpret events in video feeds according to established guidelines
Process theft reports and maintain accurate documentation
Collaborate with team members through internal communication channels
Provide customer support and manage operational tasks as needed
Update and maintain theft tracking systems
Requirements
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to maintain focus while reviewing video content
Excellent written communication skills

Compensation
Performance-based pay: averages $60/week once ramped up (starting around $32/week), with top performers earning up to $80/week.

Successfully complete the 2-week nesting period
Commit to working a minimum of 20 hours/week
