The Role

You'll turn raw event data into sharp, AI-powered product insights and rigorous experiments that shape how millions of players experience our games.

What you will be doing

  • You'll be the product team's data guide, cutting through complex data landscapes to power critical decisions.

  • You'll build AI-backed analytical solutions and automations that streamline workflows and unlock deeper product insights.

  • You'll deep-dive into user behaviour, app performance and product features to boost player acquisition, engagement and retention.

  • You'll own experimentation from the analytics side. That means turning loose assumptions into sharp, testable hypotheses, enforcing bulletproof statistical standards and protecting decisions from false positives.

  • You'll model raw event streams into foundational behavioural datasets that enable advanced modelling and self-serve for analytics and data science.

  • You'll debug data issues and optimise tracking to keep data integrity rock solid.

What we are looking for

  • A proven digital analytics background with Snowplow, GA4, Quantum Metric, PostHog or Contentsquare, plus a deep technical grasp of client-side tracking, from designing dataLayer schemas to tackling data loss from tracking restrictions.

  • Solid SQL skills, including hands-on querying of raw, event-level data, and an eagerness to level up into behavioural data modelling. dbt or Python is a bonus.

  • Real experience supporting product experimentation and A/B testing. Mobile app or gaming experience is a plus.

  • Hands-on experience tinkering with AI tools, automating your daily routines and exploring AI-backed solutions for product analytics.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to detail and high reliability.

  • Critical thinking, a proactive approach and the confidence to challenge baseline assumptions, including what the AI tells you.

Why you will love it

You'll be at the heart of product innovation, where your insights directly shape gaming experiences for millions of players. In our high-growth environment, you'll have the freedom to take ownership of impactful projects while collaborating with brilliant minds who value your expertise. Every analysis you deliver will drive real business decisions and help us stay ahead in the competitive gaming landscape.
