Paid Social
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimise paid social campaigns, particularly across Meta.
- Manage budgets across markets and campaign objectives.
- Test and optimise audiences, creatives, placements, and messaging.
- Improve campaign performance across reach, traffic, engagement, conversions, and cost efficiency.

- Turn data into actionable optimisation decisions.
- Monitor competitor activity and platform developments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with design, content, regional marketing, CXM Support, compliance, and other internal teams.

Team Leadership
- Provide direction and support to local social media managers as the team develops.
- Establish standards, processes, and best practices across markets.
- Remain hands-on while coaching and developing the wider social team.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing social media for a global or multi-market brand.
- Strong hands-on experience with paid social, particularly Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of organic social, content strategy, and community management.
- Demonstrable ability to analyse social performance and optimise based on data.
