The listing
Neurons Lab is expanding its pool of trainers for corporate AI enablement workshops delivered to business teams across banking, finance, and insurance sectors in Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
We're looking for someone who genuinely knows their AI tools inside out — and can translate that expertise into engaging, practical training for non-technical professionals.
Your background doesn't matter as much as your depth: you could be a designer, BA, PM, marketer, or analyst.
Duration: 1 education round takes 1-2 weeks (max 3 weeks)
Stage: to cover a request from new clients
Deliver a High-Quality and Engaging AI Enablement Training Program upon customer request.
Areas of ResponsibilityDevelop, adjust, and deliver engaging AI training sessions for diverse audiences with varying levels of expertise across different industries
Communicate complex AI concepts clearly and accessibly to non-technical audiences
Design and facilitate hands-on practical exercises that help learners apply AI tools to real-world business scenarios
Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and incorporate relevant examples and case studies into sessions
Collaborate with the Neurons Lab team to develop and refine training materials and methodologies
Provide ongoing support and guidance to learners throughout the GenAI Enablement program
Skills
Strong presentation and communication skills
Ability to apply AI tools and models to real-world business problems
Problem-solving and critical thinking
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Languages: English + Ukrainian required; Russian is a plus*
*Ukrainian for our partnerships on the UA market. Russian for potential clients in Kazakhstan and Eastern Europe.
Knowledge
Solid understanding of AI principles, techniques, limitations, and benefits
Proven experience in public speaking
Hands-on experience with AI creative and/or productivity tools (e.g. Midjourney, Kling, Runway, Adobe Firefly, or similar)
Awareness of current business and technology trends
Experience
Track record of publications, public speeches, or community presence
Experience developing and delivering training sessions, webinars, or other public-facing formats
Experience applying AI solutions in a business context
