About Docplanner and Noa
Docplanner is a global healthcare platform connecting more than 300,000 doctors with approximately 100 million patients every month across 13 markets.
Within Docplanner, Noa is on a mission to help people live longer, healthier lives. We build AI that works alongside doctors to:
Remove their administrative work.
Help them make better decisions and handle repeatable cases, so they can spend their time where it matters most.
Help patients navigate healthcare using their medical history as personalized context.
We're already in doctors' hands: Noa Notes takes documentation off their plates, while Noa Evidence brings trustworthy medical evidence to the point of care.
The next frontier is the hardest—and the most valuable: helping doctors, and eventually patients, make decisions while our AI safely takes on repeatable clinical work. That's where a doctor's judgment has to live inside the product itself. That's this role.
About the role
You’ll help take Noa from writing notes and providing evidence to helping doctors decide—ensuring what we build fits clinical workflows and earns doctors’ trust.
This isn’t a traditional CMO, advisory or regulatory role. It is a hands-on, individual-contributor clinical-product role. You will:
Shape doctor-facing products by bringing real clinical needs and workflows into product decisions.
Bring clinical judgment to what we build, including what is correct, useful and safe.
Because you’re a doctor yourself, you can talk to our users peer-to-peer and get the honest answers a survey never will. As our first dedicated clinical hire on the product, you’ll help establish how clinical expertise informs Docplanner’s AI products.
You’ll work day-to-day with Product, AI, Design, Engineering, Regulatory and our doctor network.
What you’ll do
Shape what we build
Bring how doctors really work—their habits, workflows and administrative realities—into the product.
Talk to doctors across specialties and working styles, and turn candid feedback into product decisions.
Partner with Product, Design and Engineering to prioritise and ship improvements, then learn from how doctors use them.
Bring clinical judgment into the product
Help define what correct, useful and safe looks like for our doctor-facing AI products.
Review prompts, outputs, clinical templates and workflows, and identify clinically meaningful failure modes.
Turn clinician feedback and evaluation findings into product and model improvements with Product, ML/LLM and evaluation partners.
Keep it safe and scalable
Work with Product, ML/LLM, Regulatory and the PRRC to align product intent, evidence, risks and controls.
Build practical feedback loops with practising clinicians and our consultant-doctor network.
What we’re looking for
A medical degree and at least 2 years of direct clinical practice. Active licensure and current practice are not required.
Meaningful experience shaping and shipping a doctor-facing or clinical product, either as a clinical product leader or a clinician-founder/builder.
You personally owned product decisions, worked directly with Product, Design and Engineering, and shipped something clinicians used.
You’ve turned clinical problems into product decisions—not just provided advice, review or governance.
You combine strong clinical judgment with doctor discovery, workflow understanding and a focus on trust and adoption.
You communicate clearly and directly across clinical, product, technical, regulatory and leadership teams.
You’re comfortable operating independently as a senior, hands-on contributor in a lean cross-functional team.
You actively use generative AI and understand its potential and limitations. Hands-on experience with prompting, output review or AI-assisted development tools is valuable.
Bonus: Experience with ambient documentation, clinical templates, medical-knowledge systems, clinical coding or regulated Software as a Medical Device.
What success looks like after 6 months
A clear, evidence-backed view of the priority doctor workflows and product opportunities Noa should address.
Product improvements shipped based on doctor discovery, feedback and observed usage.
Clear clinical quality expectations and feedback loops established with Product, ML/LLM and evaluation partners.
Why join Noa at Docplanner
Real impact at real scale: Your work reaches hundreds of thousands of doctors and their patients.
Shape what comes next: You’ll influence what Noa and Docplanner’s AI products become—and whether doctors and patients trust them.
Ship to learn: A feature in front of users beats another month of planning.
Work flexibly: The role is 100% remote across eligible European locations, subject to local hiring arrangements.
