You Will:

• Support business initiatives and run projects that focus on increasing sales efficiency;
• Proactively support salespeople with data, insights, research and presentations;
• Provide industry, market and prospect-based research;
• Create and develop existing sales tools;
• Perform CRM audits (preparing and generating reports of current sales activity);
• Cooperate with marketing and other areas of the organization to increase sales efficiency;
• Coordinating people & processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce desired results;
• Conducting analysis, identifying process gaps, and providing solutions for workflow optimization and improvement;
• Developing various sales and marketing materials with vertical-specific expertise;
• Maintaining and developing of existing processes and tools.

Desired Experience: 

• Analytical problem solving skills;
• Capability to work independently and proactively;
• Experience in sales enablement roles: sales support, sales analysis, market analysis, market research;
• Fluency in English;
• The ability to communicate information and conclusions clearly and effectively;
• Very well-developed skills of logical and analytical thinking;
• Good communication and teamwork skills;
• Ability to manage priorities within a matrix organization;
• Excellent presentation skills;
• Strong organizational skills; 
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Slides / Docs;
• Entrepreneurial spirit;
• Knowledge and / or experience in the field of digital and programmatic would be advantageous.
