About the Role
As Sales Manager, Enterprise, you will lead a team of Account Directors responsible for driving revenue across our enterprise customer base. You'll be accountable for the team's performance against quota, while building the coaching, hiring, and operational rigor that helps each rep succeed.
You'll set the strategic direction for the team — from goal-setting and pipeline management to partnering with marketing on lead generation — and you'll bring the data and insight that keeps leadership informed on progress, market trends, and competitive dynamics. You'll report directly to the SVP of Sales and play a key role in scaling our enterprise business.
What You'll Do
Team Leadership and Coaching
Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales staff.
Conduct regular one-on-one coaching and team meetings.
Motivate staff and support their professional growth.
Manage performance across the team, supporting both high and low performers.
Strategy and Planning
Set short- and long-term sales goals and quotas.
Build business plans for revenue and expense control.
Track sales pipelines, metrics, and forecasting.
Partner with marketing to generate new leads.
Operations and Analysis
Analyze data and track sales statistics.
Monitor market trends and competitor behavior.
Report progress and financial data to upper management.
Resolve escalated customer complaints or issues.
Who You Are
Typically 7+ years of experience in sales or account management, including experience leading or mentoring a sales team.
Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets, both personally and through a team.
Strong coaching skills, with the ability to develop reps at different stages of their careers.
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills — able to communicate value and progress clearly to a range of stakeholders.
Analytical and data-driven, comfortable turning pipeline and performance data into action.
Comfortable using AI tools to boost team productivity, sharpen forecasting accuracy, and support customer communications.
