We are seeking an Associate Structural Engineer with strong technical curiosity and a desire to grow their engineering skills. In this role, you'll work with a team of experienced engineers to deliver projects, solve complex challenges, and take on increasing responsibility in engineering analysis, design, and project coordination. As a continuing developmental Engineer-in-Training (EIT), you'll apply established engineering principles, contribute to practical design solutions, and continue building the technical and professional skills needed for long-term career growth.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design Solutions by developing calculations, models, and construction documents to deliver safe, practical industrial facilities.
- Deliver Projects by supporting design, coordination, and project documentation for successful project outcomes.
- Solve Challenges by applying engineering principles and collaborating with experienced engineers to develop effective solutions.
- Collaborate Across Teams with engineers, designers, clients, and contractors to advance project goals.
- Grow Your Expertise through hands-on experience with structural analysis, design software, and real-world projects.
- Support Quality Delivery by preparing calculations, reports, and documentation that meet project requirements.
- Develop Others by mentoring interns and sharing technical knowledge.
- Gain Field Experience through site visits that verify conditions and support design and construction activities.
Qualifications

You bring to the team:
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to contribute and work well with a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering with a Structural emphasis.
- A minimum of one year of engineering experience.
- Must possess an Engineer Intern (EI) certificate.
- Experience developing detailed 3D models and construction documentation in Autodesk Revit.
- Familiar with ACAD Software, RISA 3D, EnerCalc, MS Excel, and Hilti/Dewalt design.
