From staff augmentation to dedicated IT teams and general software engineering, our nearshore technology services empower businesses to thrive in an ever-evolving digital landscape.

About the Role

As a Senior Engineer, you will own the technical health, performance, and architectural evolution of mission-critical web application frontends. You will act as the primary anchor for complex React architectures, crafting scalable UI components, optimizing frontend performance, and orchestrating seamless API integrations. This role requires an autonomous mindset to navigate diverse codebases, establish modern frontend standards, and drive technical excellence across the delivery lifecycle. Your success is measured by application speed, interface reliability, proactive management of technical debt, and your ability to mentor and elevate the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Frontend Execution: Lead the development of robust, responsive frontend architectures using React, ensuring high performance, accessibility, and cross-browser stability.
  • API Integration: Design and evolve clean integration layers to consume RESTful or GraphQL APIs and automate client-facing workflows.
  • Architecture & State: Architect scalable component libraries, design system integrations, and efficient state management solutions across application layers.
  • Performance & Quality: Proactively audit and optimize web performance (Core Web Vitals, bundle size, rendering performance) and write comprehensive unit/integration tests.
  • Team Influence: Elevate team output through deep code reviews, technical mentorship of mid-level and junior engineers, and clear communication with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of dedicated frontend development experience with a primary focus on React.
  • React Ecosystem: Advanced proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, ES6+, and modern state management (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, React Query, or Context API).
  • Styling & Design Systems: Strong experience with modern CSS architectures (Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, or CSS Modules) and design system integration (Figma handoffs).
  • Tooling & Testing: Deep understanding of modern build tools (Vite, Webpack) and frontend testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress).
  • Cloud & DevOps: Deep understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and frontend hosting environments (Vercel, AWS S3/CloudFront, or Azure App Services).
  • Communication: Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) for collaboration with US-based clients.
  • Environment: Mandatory experience in nearshore/offshore client-facing startup cultures.

What you’ll love:

  • USA Contractor / 100% Remote
  • Competitive Pay (USD)
  • Holidays Off & Paid Time Off
  • Health insurance assistance program
