Job Summary:
Impiricus is seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Strategic Partnerships to lead revenue growth and manage high-value relationships with major pharmaceutical manufacturers. This role is critical to our continued expansion, focusing on building and expanding multi-million-dollar client portfolios within the top tiers of the pharmaceutical market.
As VP of Strategic Partnerships, you will leverage your extensive industry network, strategic mindset, and proven track record of success to forge lasting partnerships, drive revenue, and position Impiricus as a trusted partner in healthcare communications.
Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue Growth: Use 10+ years of sales experience and deep industry connections to exceed quotas and expand business with top 20 pharmaceutical companies.
- Develop & Expand Accounts: Build and grow client portfolios valued at $5M+, with a focus on expansion and long-term impact rather than maintenance.
- Strategic Alignment: Identify and align new business opportunities with both client goals and Impiricus’s platform capabilities for maximum value creation.
- Key Account Ownership: Lead and manage high-value client relationships across all levels of the client hierarchy—including C-suite executives, senior leaders, and agency partners.
- Leverage Networks: Apply a strong, well-established network of decision-makers within the pharmaceutical industry to accelerate growth and strengthen partnerships.
Experience and Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in sales, partnerships, or business development with a proven ability to build and grow multi-million-dollar accounts.
- Industry Network: Established and trusted relationships with key decision-makers at top 20 pharmaceutical manufacturers.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated success in identifying opportunities, structuring strategic deals, and aligning business solutions with client objectives.
- Leadership: Strong executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
- Drive for Growth: A high-energy, results-oriented professional with a relentless focus on account expansion and revenue generation.
The OTE for this role is $150,000 - 500,000
