The Qualio team is all-remote, and currently distributed across North America, Europe and Australia.
What’s the opportunity?As an Account Manager you are a key member of the Customer Success team leading our customer expansion efforts. The successful candidate will drive growth of Qualio's overall revenue through upselling and cross selling to existing customers while performing to an individual quota. As a key member of the Customer Success team, you will be crucial in contributing to team initiatives aligned with departmental objectives and in helping refine support processes to meet company-wide standards.
What will I be doing?You are passionate about driving growth from customers in new accounts. You have a consistent track record of exceeding quota and a consultative approach to selling. You will be required to navigate and identify an organization's key decision-making criteria and buying process in order to effectively pitch and close key partners and decision makers.
- Drive a high volume of sales while educating customers on how Qualio can help them succeed
- Manage the full sales cycle, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers with a focus on upselling
- Develop consultative sales presentations to demonstrate our value proposition
- Identify and navigate customer buying processes within customer organizations
- Provide timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility on sales and revenue performance by actively managing the pipeline of opportunities and weekly sales forecasts
- Coordinate cross functionally with our Marketing, Product, On-boarding, Sales and Customer Success teams to create the best customer experience
What skills do I need?
- Background of attaining $1.25M in annual bookings
- 3+ years of sales experience (at least 2 in SaaS)
- Experience leveraging consultative sales methodologies to identify needs, develop tailored solutions, and advance opportunities through structured sales stages with measurable outcomes.
- Have proven sales success selling to the C-Level in SMB and mid-market businesses
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal abilities
- Analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Ability to lead multiple projects and priorities simultaneously with high attention to detail
- Enthusiastic about learning and growing in this space
- Successful in developing account strategies with existing customers to leverage cross-sell & upsell opportunities
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to drive strategic account growth and deliver customer value
