We seek a Senior Data Engineer with strong expertise in SQL, Snowflake, dbt, ETL processes, as well as Python. Candidates will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and models, with an emphasis on quickly ramping up on existing and new data models to support analytics and business intelligence efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines and ETL workflows using SQL, Snowflake, dbt, and Python.
- Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable data models.
- Rapidly learn and familiarize yourself with existing and new data models to maintain and enhance data infrastructure.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across pipelines and data stores.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve performance of data pipelines and query workloads
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with SQL and modern data warehousing solutions, preferably Snowflake.
- Hands-on experience with dbt for data transformation and modeling.
- Strong programming skills in Python for data engineering tasks.
- Proven track record designing and managing ETL processes and scalable data pipelines.
- Ability to quickly understand and work with complex data models.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Minimum Degree Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree, in lieu of a degree, demonstrating in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college is required
