As they continue to expand their platform capabilities, they are seeking a Full Stack Developer who can take ownership of features across the full stack while contributing to technical excellence, performance optimization, and long-term scalability.
Role Overview
The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing reliable, user-friendly web applications across the full stack, with a strong emphasis on backend development. The Full Stack Developer will work closely with designers and product teams to transform ideas into real features while leveraging modern tools to improve workflows, code quality, and execution efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, can independently manage projects, and consistently delivers clean, scalable, and maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities
Backend Development
Build, maintain, and improve backend services using PHP and Laravel.
Design and optimize MySQL/MariaDB databases, including writing efficient SQL queries.
Develop backend features following MVC best practices, RESTful patterns, and scalable architecture principles.
Work within Linux environments, including server commands, shell scripts, cron jobs, and deployment tasks.
Frontend Development
Build responsive user interfaces using JavaScript, Svelte, React, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
Convert Figma designs into clean and functional user interfaces.
Enhance interactivity and maintain legacy frontend components when required.
Code Quality & Collaboration
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code across the full stack.
Participate in code reviews using Git and GitHub.
Support version control best practices and collaborative development workflows.
Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize performance issues across frontend and backend systems.
Monitor and improve application performance to ensure smooth user experiences.
Qualifications Experience
3+ years of experience in full-stack development or web development.
Strong proficiency with PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, MySQL, and Linux servers.
Experience building and maintaining backend services using Laravel.
Experience designing and optimizing MySQL/MariaDB databases and SQL queries.
Experience working with REST APIs and MVC architecture.
Experience using Git and GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
Experience building responsive user interfaces from Figma design files.
Experience debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing application performance.
Experience working within Linux environments, including server administration and deployment-related tasks.
Experience with Svelte and jQuery is preferred.
Experience with AWS, including services such as EC2, RDS, and S3, is a plus.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines or automated testing is a plus.
