Provider Growth Associate

The Role

As a Provider Growth Associate, you'll be responsible for growing Emora's network of licensed clinicians. You'll work directly with therapists, psychologists, and psychiatrists, helping them understand how Emora can support their practice, from credentialing and scheduling to caseload growth.

You'll own the full recruitment cycle from first conversation through a provider's first seen client, and you'll be one of the primary voices representing Emora to prospective clinicians.

This is a role for someone who enjoys building relationships, screening carefully for the right fit, and helping providers take the next step in their practice.

What You'll Do

  • Source and reach out to prospective providers for Emora's clinician network

  • Run screening conversations that assess licensure, experience, and fit for Emora's client population; this is not just a volume/closing job

  • Pitch qualified candidates on Emora: the platform, compensation, and credentialing/onboarding process

  • Own your pipeline end to end: track prospects, follow up, move people through the process

  • Guide signed providers through onboarding: profile setup, adding availability, and getting to their first scheduled and seen client

  • Flag or disqualify candidates who aren't a fit, even when it costs you a number

Who You Are

  • 1-4 years of experience in sales, business development, recruiting, customer success, or another relationship-driven role

  • Self-directed: comfortable owning a pipeline and hitting goals without a lot of oversight

  • Able to do both sides of the job: sell someone on joining, and tell someone they're not a fit

  • Strong written and verbal communicator

Nice to Have

  • Experience recruiting or vetting licensed clinicians

  • Background in healthcare or behavioral health

About Emora Health:

Emora Health is a rapidly growing, venture-backed virtual behavioral health company changing the way mental health care is delivered to kids, teens, and young adults. We are building the industry-leading end-to-end care platform to elevate the care experience for families, while connecting each to licensed, specialized therapists and psychiatric clinicians who work across a range of challenges – including ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional or behavioral conditions.

With 75% of mental health symptoms emerging before age 24 – and fewer than half of youth receiving the care they need – we're on a mission to close the gap in access while advancing care efficacy. By delivering early, effective intervention, we help youth strengthen their personal skills, achieve key developmental milestones, and build lasting emotional resilience.

We’re seeking ambitious, driven, agile, and passionate candidates who are ready to spearhead our growth and serve as early members of a rapidly growing team.
