Position Overview
As a Salesforce Consultant, you’ll work directly with clients to assess their needs, design tailored Salesforce solutions, and ensure seamless implementation. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Salesforce configurations, automations, and data integrations who also has a passion for problem-solving and a client-focused approach. Working closely with Engagement Managers and other consultants, you’ll deliver high-quality solutions across a variety of industries, helping clients get the most out of their Salesforce investment.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business, Finance, Operations, as well as Engineering degrees. We are looking for a diversity of backgrounds with strong foundation of analytical, logical, and organizational skills.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a RevOps professional, preferably experienced working with a US-based company.
Fluent English communication skills both written and verbal.
Strong work ethic with a consistent record of leading projects to success.
3-7+ years of Salesforce administration or consulting experience, preferably with exposure to US-based clients.
Proven experience with Salesforce configuration, workflows, automations, and integrations. Salesforce Administrator or related certifications are highly preferred.
Familiarity with Apex, Lightning, Flows, and third-party tools that integrate with Salesforce (e.g., HubSpot, Outreach, Marketo).
Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and troubleshoot complex issues.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), client-facing professionalism, and a collaborative mindset.
Ability to quickly adapt resources to changing project demands and address staffing challenges.
Familiarity with RevOps functions to effectively evaluate candidate fit and align staffing to project requirements.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage resource needs.
Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet staffing demands within timelines.
Roles and Responsibilities
Client Collaboration: Partner with engagement managers to gather client requirements, conduct needs assessments, and propose Salesforce-based solutions.
Salesforce Customization: Configure Salesforce environments, including creating workflows, automations, reports, and dashboards tailored to client needs.
Data Management: Handle data migrations, clean-up, and integrations to ensure accuracy and consistency across Salesforce systems.
Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues, identifying gaps in workflows and recommending best practices.
Project Execution: Manage task deadlines effectively while delivering high-quality solutions that align with client expectations.
Training & Support: Provide guidance to end-users and stakeholders on Salesforce functionalities and best practices.
Quality Assurance: Test all configurations and customizations to ensure solutions meet technical and business requirements.
