StillOpen checks every A2A agent it knows of once a day: does its Agent Card answer, does its endpoint report an unknown task correctly, is the card signed. Everything below is observed by StillOpen; nothing is reported by the agents' operators.

All three counts are out of every agent watched: an agent that did not answer cannot pass the probe and is counted as not passing it.
