Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
Location: California
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Role Summary
As a Telehealth LMFT, you will support individuals and families by providing evidence-based therapy through a virtual care model. This role allows you to focus on meaningful client work while operating within a well-organized clinical framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver virtual therapy sessions to individuals and families
- Assess relational and behavioral health concerns
- Create treatment plans aligned with client goals
- Track progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Complete clinical notes in accordance with state regulations
- Participate in case reviews and team consultations
Requirements
- Active California LMFT license
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- At least 2 years of clinical experience post-licensure
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and EHR systems
