Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary
We’re hiring a remote LMFT to support clients through secure online therapy sessions. This role involves assessing client needs, providing family-systems-based care, and helping clients work through relationship challenges, emotional stress, and major life changes.
Responsibilities
- Provide online therapy for individuals, couples, and families
- Conduct evaluations and create treatment plans
- Address concerns such as conflict, anxiety, stress, and communication issues
- Maintain organized and timely documentation
- Monitor client progress and adjust care as needed
- Follow all clinical, ethical, and telehealth guidelines
Requirements
- Active Hawaii LMFT license
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience working with individuals, couples, or families
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms
- Ability to maintain a full-time weekday schedule
