About the Role

We are looking for a licensed therapist in Pennsylvania to provide virtual mental health services to clients seeking support with personal, emotional, and behavioral challenges. In this role, you will spend your time meeting with clients, understanding what they are experiencing, and helping them work toward meaningful changes through therapy. You’ll manage your own client sessions, use your clinical experience to guide conversations, and work alongside a supportive care team when collaboration is needed. This position is ideal for a clinician who values flexibility, independence, and making a difference through direct client care.

Responsibilities

  • Lead scheduled virtual therapy sessions with clients
  • Create a comfortable and supportive space for clients to discuss their concerns
  • Help clients identify goals and develop strategies that support their progress
  • Address challenges related to emotional health, relationships, stress, and life transitions
  • Use clinical judgment to determine appropriate approaches during treatment
  • Keep client notes, records, and treatment updates organized and current
  • Communicate with other providers or team members when care coordination is needed
  • Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and ethical standards

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
  • Active Pennsylvania LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license
  • Experience providing therapy or counseling services
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with clients virtually
  • Comfortable working independently and managing a remote caseload
