Location: Nebraska
Work Arrangement: Remote / Telehealth
Employment: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
The Role
This position is for a Nebraska-licensed LMHP who wants to focus primarily on direct client care in a virtual setting. You’ll work with individuals seeking support for mental health concerns, personal challenges, stress, and life transitions. Your work will center on building therapeutic relationships, helping clients understand what they are experiencing, and guiding them toward practical and meaningful progress over time.
Your Day-to-Day
- Meet with clients for scheduled virtual counseling sessions
- Evaluate presenting concerns and determine appropriate clinical support
- Establish treatment goals with each client
- Use appropriate therapeutic approaches based on individual needs
- Review progress throughout the course of treatment
- Keep clinical notes and records current and complete
- Consult with other clinical professionals when additional input is needed
Requirements
- Active Nebraska LMHP license
- Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or related discipline
- Experience in clinical mental health settings
- Familiarity with telehealth service delivery
- Reliable organizational and time-management skills
