Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Position Summary
We are seeking an Illinois-licensed LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW to join our telehealth team. This role is focused on direct clinical care, with administrative and billing functions managed separately. You’ll work with clients through scheduled virtual appointments and use your clinical expertise to determine the appropriate course of treatment.
The position offers a structured weekday schedule and the flexibility of remote practice for a clinician who is confident managing their work independently.
Primary Duties
- Manage a scheduled caseload through secure telehealth appointments
- Conduct clinical intakes and determine appropriate treatment priorities
- Provide individual psychotherapy within your professional scope of practice
- Address mental health, behavioral, relationship, and adjustment-related concerns
- Establish treatment goals and revise the course of care when clinically indicated
Requirements
- Active Illinois license (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT)
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Therapy, or Social Work
- Previous direct therapy experience (remote experience preferred)
- Strong digital skills with EHR systems
