Telehealth Mental Health Therapist
We’re hiring Licensed Therapists in Minnesota to provide full-time counseling services through telehealth. In this role, you’ll work with adults managing emotional, behavioral, and everyday life challenges while providing consistent, individualized support. You’ll have a structured weekday schedule and the flexibility to deliver care remotely.
Schedule & Salary
- Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- $115,000–$120,000 annually
- Remote/Telehealth
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms
- Assess client needs and develop personalized treatment goals
- Monitor progress and update treatment plans when appropriate
- Coordinate virtually with clinical team members when additional support is needed
- Complete accurate and timely session notes and clinical documentation
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Active Minnesota license (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC)
- At least 2 years of clinical experience
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Strong communication and technology skills
