Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC)
Location: Idaho
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Role Summary
This role is ideal for licensed therapists who want to deliver quality mental health services without the limitations of a physical office. You will support clients through structured virtual sessions, helping them work through challenges and develop practical skills for everyday life. Administrative support is provided so you can concentrate on clinical work.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled therapy sessions remotely
- Create and maintain treatment plans
- Document sessions in compliance with regulations
- Monitor client progress and adjust care as needed
Requirements
- Active Idaho license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW)
- Master’s degree in a mental health-related field
- Experience in clinical therapy settings
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment
- Ability to manage a full-time client schedule
