Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
About the Role
We’re looking for a licensed therapist who enjoys working directly with clients and wants the flexibility of a remote position. You’ll meet with adults throughout Delaware by video, helping them work through concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, stress, and major life changes.
Your day will mainly consist of client sessions, follow-up care, and the documentation that goes along with providing therapy. You’ll have a regular weekday schedule and the ability to manage your clinical work from a professional home setting.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with clients for scheduled individual therapy sessions
- Take time to understand what each client is experiencing and what they hope to work on
- Help clients set realistic goals and work through challenges at their own pace
- Use therapeutic approaches that make sense for the client and their situation
- Check in on how things are going and adjust the focus of therapy when needed
- Keep session notes and other clinical records up to date
- Work with other clinicians when a client’s care requires additional coordination
- Maintain client privacy and follow Delaware licensing and professional requirements
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Active MHC license in the state of Delaware
- Experience providing psychotherapy to adult clients
- Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms
- Strong clinical judgment and written communication skills
