Location: Louisiana (Remote/Telehealth)
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000/year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Summary
This position is for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT or LPC) providing telehealth therapy to clients across Louisiana. You’ll focus on therapy sessions, client goal-setting, and clean documentation—so care is effective, trackable, and consistent from week to week.
Responsibilities
- Deliver scheduled teletherapy sessions using a secure platform
- Create treatment plans that reflect client goals and clinical needs
- Keep documentation accurate and completed on time (notes, plans, updates)
- Support clients with common concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, grief, and relationship challenges
- Refer out for additional services when clinically appropriate
- Follow compliance standards, privacy regulations, and ethical guidelines
Requirements
- Active Louisiana LMFT or LPC license (in good standing)
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field aligned with licensure
- Experience providing psychotherapy to individuals and/or families
- Strong organization skills and dependable follow-through on notes
- Ability to work remote with a private, professional environment
